Product Generator uses a token system to manage resource usage and external APIs.

What are Tokens?

Tokens are consumption units used for:

• AI text generation: Consumes OpenAI tokens
• Information search: Access to external APIs
• Image search: Queries to image services
• Price search: Access to price APIs

Text Generation Breakdown

Text generation (45 tokens) includes:

• Short description: 15 tokens
• Long description: 30 tokens

Token Verification

Before Executing

Before each operation, the system:

1. ✅ Verifies you have sufficient tokens
2. ✅ Shows cost in the interface
3. ✅ Blocks operation if no tokens
4. ✅ Shows warning if near limit

Visual Indicators

• Green: Sufficient tokens
• Yellow: Few tokens remaining
• Red: No tokens available

Token Management

View Available Tokens

From any page you can see:

• Currently available tokens
• Tokens consumed today
• Configured daily limit
• Consumption history

Buy Tokens

1. Go to team configuration
2. "Tokens" section
3. Select desired package
4. Complete payment
5. Tokens are added immediately

Daily Limits

The system includes daily limits:

• Default limit: Configured by administrator
• Custom limit: For Enterprise teams
• Automatic reset: Every day at midnight

Token Consumption

Real-time Tracking

The system records:

• Executed operations
• Tokens consumed per operation
• Date and time of consumption
• User who executed the operation

Reports

You can view reports for:

• Daily consumption
• Weekly consumption
• Monthly consumption
• Top most used operations

Tokens per Team

Tokens are managed at team level:

• Shared: All members share the pool
• Individual tracking: Records who consumes
• Team limits: Configurable by administrator

Bonus Tokens

The system can grant bonus tokens:

• Gifts: Additional tokens from promotions
• Referrals: Tokens for inviting users
• Special events: Tokens during events

Enterprise Configuration

For Enterprise teams:

• Unlimited tokens: Special configuration (-1)
• Custom limits: According to needs
• Advanced reports: Detailed analytics
• Bulk management: Centralized administration

Best Practices

Optimize Consumption

✅ Efficient:

• Use "Generate all" instead of individual operations
• Review content before regenerating
• Save templates to reuse content
• Edit manually when possible

❌ Inefficient:

• Regenerating content multiple times
• Generating content you then delete
• Not using templates when applicable
• Generating content you can write manually

• Review your consumption regularly
